If you could eat only 3 foods for the rest of your life, what would they be?

Hmmm... if I had to pick three foods it would be the following:
1. Pizza, not just any pizza though, I love greek pizza because of the cruchy crust and the extra cheese they put on their pizzas, my favorite topings are pepperoni and green peppers. Hmmmmm
2. Chicken Fettucini Alfredo. It's sooo... good.
3. Cheeseburger. With lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. Yummm.
Depression overcomes me
Depression setting in
thoughts rush confused and scattered
the pain intensifies
my hands begin to shake
could this be happening to me?
this seems so unreal
like in a dream
where not everything is what it seems
I press my hand against my chest
as if to push the pain out and I exhale
but the horrendous sharp pressure is still there
in the center of my soul
I press my eyes shut
to let the tears escape
but more thoughts rush by
in a hurry to blind my mind
then it all begins to fade
as a small voice in the background
whispers to me so softly and calming
"I love you, Mom"
then this warmth overcomes me
as if her little hands wrap around my heart
with such tenderness that they melt my pain,
then once again she whispers "I love you, Mom"
it's as if she knows my soul is aching
and she rushes to embrace it
she looks into my eyes and smiles
then without speaking she soothes me
I hold her in my arms and don't want to let go
all my sadness has disappeared
at least for that very moment of peace
and my soul begins to heal
now tears run down my face
however, they're not filled with pain this time
they're filled with love and peace
now I can breathe again, I can live again.

What are five things you take for granted?
Submitted by meowkitty.
Wow, that's a hard question 'cause now I have to figure out what I actually do take for granted...hmmm...
I guess...
1. The fact that I can walk. There are so many people out there that are in a wheelchair and its so sad, but they have such strength it's just amazing, they acomplish so much more than a lot of people who can walk and run or just stand on their own legs.
2. My family. I know I should be thankful to have a family who is so close, we have our fights once in a while but we are always there for eachother.
3. I'm hispanic but I'm fluent in both English and Spanish. There are lots of people I know personally that keep telling me that I have so good because I speak both languages fluently and I guess I have the best of both worlds.
4. Having children. I have 3 beautiful healthy children. Lots of people keep trying and can't get pregnant. And I wasn't even trying to get pregnant, all three were beautiful blessings that came as surprises in my life.
and last but not least...
5. My eyes. I get to see the world and all it's beauty, and I get to witness my children turning into wonderful adults. I get to see all the silly things they do and all the good and the bad things that surround us everyday of our lives.
